Our medical office is currently seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and managing patient records. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized and reliable and can provide a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Collect payments from patients and process insurance claims.
• Be knowledgeable about medical terminology, insurance policies, and billing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
