What is your mission?

As a Security and Systems Support Engineer at Cellebrite, you will have the opportunity to make a global impact through technology. Responsible for providing enterprise-level technical support to our Global team, you will work to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve user/systems inquiries. While doing this, you will also be focusing on Security tools and advanced systems applications and hardware. You will encounter technical project management as you will lead them from start to finish.

Requirements:

The superpowers we are looking for:

  • 3 to 5 years minimum experience working in an IT support team.
  • MCSA or MCSE, preferred, but not necessary
  • 3 years minimum experience installing and supporting all of the following: AWS, both MAC and Windows environments, Windows servers (2012-2019), Active Directory, Office365, PC Deployment using JAMF, MS SCCM. VMware, SAAS services, storage systems, (Netapp, Qnap, or similar) AV Management, remote users, networking, troubleshooting and problem management
  • Knowledge of Netskope, Crowstrike, Checkpoint Firewalls, F5 VPN and ProofPoint preferred
  • Networking knowledge: switches, routers and Wi-Fi systems (Ruckus)
  • Knowledge of SalesForce and NetSuite a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Team player
  • Service oriented: very high service level awareness
  • Excellent documentation skills

This position is located in the Tysons Corner VA office. Only candidates from the DMV area will be considered.

Hybrid position - 3 days in office , 2 days remote.
