We seek a full time (5 days per week) front counter manager for night shifts (3:30/4pm to 10pm/close) - MUST INCLUDE THURSDAY - SATURDAY. Closed Sundays.

Your Role:

  • Act as a role model and leader, setting a tone for teamwork and encourage others to do the same by living the Chick-fil-A culture; guards the brand by being high energy, positive, tolerant, kind, and open to new ideas

  • Oversee operations in the drive-thru, front counter, mobile pickups, and dining room at night; responsible for the guest experience and all hospitality touch-points with guests, ensuring FOH tasks are executed with excellence

  • Solve problems as an escalation point for shift leads in the front of house and uses these opportunities to improve procedures and as teachable moments for the team

  • Have a relentless passion for caring for others and providing a best in class service experience for guests; continually seeks opportunities to 'surprise and delight' both guests and team members

  • Ensure all positions in the front of house are covered in a given shift and tasks are accomplished thoroughly by delegating and prioritizing effectively; jumps in as needed to cover shift positions in high volume situations

  • Ensure speed and accuracy of every order by checking boards and managing the ‘red'; makes process and staffing adjustments as needed

  • For closing – ensure relevant checklists are executed thoroughly in a timeline manner and AM shift is setup for success

  • Provide input on the schedule to ensure sufficient shift coverage; manage call-outs as necessary

  • Ensure uniform appearance / cleanliness and punctuality of attendance of all team members

  • Participate in bimonthly management meetings and act as a point of accountability for FOH night-time performance to restaurant leaders

  • Always look for and recommend improvement for both the operation and self; recommend areas for training and development for team members
