Fire Equipment Sales & Services, located in Sumter, SC is a custom sheet metal fabrication shop that specializes in fire apparatus. We are committed to meeting the unique needs of the fire departments throughout the Eastern United States with quality, made-to-order equipment.
We are currently seeking an Automotive Prep/Painter.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ability to sand, prep, and paint aluminum automotive parts
· Candidate must have general knowledge of removing and reinstalling components prior to and after paint
· Welding knowledge with regards to grinding, prepping for paint
· Proficient with Bondo and poly urea coatings including clear coat finishes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
