Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Inside Sales Representative to join our Team working out of our Jersey City location. The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for working with our existing customer base to ensure retention, negotiate and renew contracts, and generating increased revenue. The Inside Sales Rep is also responsible for fielding inbound calls as well as making outbound calls to current and prospective customers.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and assigning calls to sales reps for existing customers

Generate proposals at the request of Sales Reps
  • Generate proposal for COD call ins (one shot customers)
  • Send proposals and credit card authorizations for signature through our Drop Box Sign platform
  • Maintain open proposals in HelloSign and follow up for signatures
  • Follow up on unsigned proposals
  • Update Credit Card authorizations as needed

  • Maintain sold proposal folders

  • Send out and monitor credit applications
  • Send out and monitor customer purchase orders

  • Monitor data entry by Job Sheet team

  • Proof Sold proposal to Drop Box Sign and Tower

  • Enter commercial leads to Sales Force

  • Bid Services - project proposals, tracking, updating and entry into Sales Force

  • Reports – daily, weekly, monthly
Qualifications:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States for any employer
  • Excellent verbal and written English communications skills required
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent negotiating and customer service skills are essential to successfully perform this role
  • Experience in a similar role, especially in the sanitation industry, is a plus
  • Must have advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management and problem solving skills
