Summary: Directs warehousing activities for organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following other duties as assigned:
· Manages overall operational functions for the Warehouse
· Supervise all wire and cable cutting activities including value-add services, i.e. pulling heads, parallel reel set-ups etc.
· Responsible for the technical training and supervision of associates.
· Responsible for wire inventory and processes that capture and minimize shrinkage.
· Ensure all wire center tools and equipment are properly maintained.
· Ensure warehouse and respective outside areas are neat and clean at all times.
· Participates in planning personnel safety and protection activities.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages all warehouse associates. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education/Experience:
· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to three years warehouse management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Previous wire and cable experience.
· Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse.
· Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
· Strong customer service orientation
