Children's Academy Childcare & Preschool in Louisville (8021 Dixie Hwy) is looking for full-time or part-time Teachers. We have been open since 2015 and are blessed with a close-knit group of teachers that enjoy a special connection with our children, parents, and each other. Our facility is large, up-to-date and each classroom is a separate room. We offer full health benefits (medical, dental, vision) and childcare tuition discounts for our employees.

We are currently offering free childcare tuition for FT employees through KY CCAP's childcare assistance program. We will waive any co-pays or overages for our staff on CCAP. You will have a grace period of 4 weeks from start date to obtain CCAP assistance, or you will then be charged 50% of the tuition out-of-pocket until you obtain CCAP assistance. Please talk to our director for more information and we can walk you through the process.

We hire many teachers who are in the process of pursuing a college degree or completing technical programs and only intend to stay with us for a short period of time and that's fine! We also have teachers that plan to stay in Childcare for the long term and we offer opportunities within our organization to help further their professional growth within our organization.
