The Responsibilities:

• Assist with day to day operations of boot room.
• Assist guest with rental equipment.
• Assist with equipment repairs when needed.
• Help keep rental room clean and organized.
• Ensure safety of guests while at the ski hill.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Qualifications:

• No experience is required.
• Must be willing to help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet.
• Good customer service, positive attitude, and communication skills required.
• Must be safety minded.
• Enjoy working with general public and must be willing to work with children.
• Take direction well.
• Good math skills.
• Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
• Must be willing to help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet.
• Must have a flexible schedule including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.

Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the Rental Supervisor.

Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
