CareTeam Solutions is in search of a Salesperson for an Office Furniture Dealership in West Palm Beach, FL! Dealership has a strong showroom model with high traffic walk-in customers. Mid-price point Furniture with their own product lines. Customer base ranges from small home offices, to large contract work.

An online and retail office furniture dealer headquartered in Tampa, FL. We are looking for smart, aggressive, and talented sales people to join our team. Ideal candidates will be highly motivated closers who have great people skills in order to generate leads, maintain existing accounts, and secure new clientele. Applicants will be required to take predictive index and intelligence tests. Previous sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Must be extremely detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through
• Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
• Motivated and desire to achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional time management skills
• PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel), Social Media Channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a strong desire to succeed by prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, and effectively communicate with customers and coworkers.

Current ownership and management does a large amount of internet advertising to increase traffic and incoming leads.

This role is NOT remote.
