Waffle House is now hiring for our Pine Log location in Aiken. We are looking for talented and positive new servers to join our growing team. We offer the chance to work in a fast-paced environment and helping us serve our customers hot food fast with a smile. Our Pine Log RD location is one of the busiest and we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and most of all the ability to have patience with yourself. Any position with our company has a lot to learn. If you are patient with yourself, you will be successful with our team trainers.

Responsibilities:

Taking Care of Our Customers' Needs - Having a Positive Attitude and striving to exceed their expectations.

Writing, Calling, and Pricing tickets - Understanding how to communicate the Waffle House Way

Learn a Diverse Menu - Many options available, but simple price points make learning prices very easy.

End of Shift Responsibilities - Dish Washing, Condiment Fill Ups, Mopping, Making Tea, taking out trash, etc.

The easiest and quickest form of training is to attend our weekly class where we explain the systems and ticket process to you in full detail and give you ample time learn. You may also choose to forgo the class and learn hands-on in the unit.
