As a Field Specialist at Synergy, you will be delivering, setting up and educating elderly patients on the use of their respiratory equipment in their homes. This role requires the ability to work in a fast paced, independent, and mobile environment. The right candidate should be dependable, accountable and share our compassion for providing excellent patient care.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Perform respiratory equipment set-ups, exchanges, and pick-ups for our patients in their home
• Educate the patient and their family/caregivers on how their equipment works
• Assist patients with troubleshooting inquiries and handle walk-in patient orders & requests
• Monitor inventory levels, create purchase orders, and reconcile delivery products.
• Call patients to follow-up after their initial set-up and for re-supply orders
• Interact and communicate with customers as well as co-workers
• Clean and disinfect equipment according to state and local regulations
• Load and unload company vehicles with equipment and supplies
• Perform daily vehicle inspections prior to starting route

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Clean Driving Record (zero points)
• Available to take on-call rotations and after hours when needed
• Currently Vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated for COVID
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
