PWR Princpole Training Coordinator - Extensive knowledage and utilization of SAP software for maintaining company training qualifications , schedules , personnel resources. Have the ability to lead training department organization, staffing and materials developement wth demonstrated experience in supervision / leadership. Demonstrate successful cooperation with other internal operations departments staff and personnel. Ablity to lead others to develop applicable simulator scenarios to test students, materals and procedures.
Your Day To Day
Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):
  • Extensive knowledge and proficient utilization of SAP software for initiating and maintaining company training qualifications, schedules, personnel resources.
  • Clear communication skill required to effectively communicate training concepts / methodologies and program to internal / external customers and management. Ability to gain Westinghouse management’s acceptance for the implementation of proposed training and developmental programs.
  • Provide technical leadership direction and scheduling intra/inter business unit personnel, up to and including staff level management, customer management and government agency personnel to successfully deliver products or services.
  • Broad knowledge of PWR integrated refueling and inspection projects / operations related and related equipment. Practical and fundamental knowledge of nuclear power plant technical issues, services and operations and maintenance. At least 10 years’ experience in nuclear discipline.
  • Preferred project financial estimating / cost control experience –
  • Preferred Instructor experience – simulator instructor training, classroom presentation skills and training material development.
Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:
Education Level (Degree, Area of Study) – Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of nuclear project field or project support experience,
  • Including demonstrated classroom / training instructor experience
  • Demonstrated project estimating, scheduling and cost controls
Years of Experience (if applicable): 5+ Extensive knowledge and utilization of SAP software for maintaining company training qualifications, schedules, personnel resources.
5+ years as PWR Lead, Development Subject Matter Expert (SME), Must be able to lead training staffing and materials development with demonstrated experience in leadership. Ability to select training methodologies, develop, design and implement classroom processes that will effectively meet training requirements.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Extensive knowledge and proficient utilization of SAP software for initiating and maintaining company training qualifications, schedules, personnel resources.
  • Must demonstrate technical leadership skills and/or project management abilities to effectively define, implement and drive projects / tasks to successful completion.
  • Strong Training Development & Delivery Skills (Systematic Approach to Training -SAT)
  • Knowledge of PWR reactor systems and servicing equipment preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in dynamic work environment with changing issues and customer demands
  • Strong Computer skills – Microsoft office suite
