As a SaaS Customer Support Agent, you'll work directly with the most influential and important companies in technology to help improve their products by helping them collaborate directly with their customers. If you've got a technical, problem-solving brain, often get lost in Wikipedia or YouTube tutorials, and you feel a swell of pride in seeing someone achieve their goals, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do as a SaaS Customer Support Agent

• Become an expert at our platform and process
• Work with our clients to scope projects to meet their goals
• Identify ideal targeted test candidates based on client requirements
• Collaborate on test logistics including unit shipping and retrieval
• Triage customer feedback generate detailed reports
• Support ongoing client data needs (generating custom reports, etc.)
• Study feedback to provide insightful observations and analytics
• Present results and recommendations to clients

What You Need to Do the Job

• Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and personably
• Exceptional organization skills
• Ability to learn quickly and intuitively
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional research skills
• High technical aptitude in both software and hardware
