Now Hiring:
The Managing Partner leads the operation of a single restaurant. This includes all facets of restaurant operations, front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house, in addition to managing P&L cost centers. The Managing Partner is the face of Roy's in our communities and is a key position in delivering on the Roy's experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in level position managing polished casual / fine dining restaurants strongly preferred
- 6 - 8+ years of Restaurant Leadership Experience
- Four year degree in a relevant industry (e.g. Hotel/Restaurant Management) preferred.
- Prior experience working in a large, multi-unit corporate environment preferred.
- Exceptional Team Member development skills.
- Proven track record in attracting, assessing, developing, coaching, and managing talent.
- Spanish / English Bi-lingual a plus.
- Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
