This important temporary position is charged with representing the firm in a courteous, professional and helpful manner. Position is temporary from June 1, 2023 through June 23, 2023 with work schedule Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities include:
· Answering, screening and transferring calls; greeting all clients and visitors
· Provide general information as required
· Handle a variety of means of correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
· Monitor conference rooms and waiting area to ensure proper presentation
Qualifications:
· Positive, friendly communication style
· Excellent phone etiquette
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Possession of excellent verbal communication skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Minimum one year of prior experience, preferably in an office setting
· High school diploma or GED
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
