gpac is seeking skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorneys for a Tampa based firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury with a proven track record of success in securing favorable outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements for clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings.
• Provide exceptional client service by keeping clients informed throughout the legal process and responding promptly to their inquiries.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state.
• 3+ years of experience practicing personal injury law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume caseload and meet deadlines.
