Scheduler/Receptionist needed immediately for our busy practice. Competitive salary and benefits available.

Experience in medical scheduling, insurance, eligibility and prior authorization is preferred. Experience in Cardiology is preferred.

Must be a team player, possess great work ethic, be compassionate, professional. respectful, friendly, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education and/or experience:

• High School Diploma
• Experience in medical scheduling, insurance, eligibility and prior authorization is required
• Cardiology experience preferred

This position will be responsible for scheduling patients, checking patient's in and out, obtaining insurance information, coordinating incoming referrals, retrieving and releasing medical records, managing all incoming calls, obtaining prior authorizations, and corresponding with other facilities and insurance companies.
