Our client, a commercial bank that delivers financial solutions currently seeking a Loan Servicer to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients in Southington, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for answering inquiries from clients, contact centers, and other line of business departments regarding loans. This position pays $30.00 /hr, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
The Day-to-Day:
- Field calls from clients, the contact center, and financial centers, and other departments and provide assistance.
- Perform a variety of operational and customer service tasks related to loans.
- Research and resolve issues related to loans, such as missing payments, disputed account history, and general loan-related questions.
- Review loan documents and provide details to clients and colleagues.
- Process payments and advances that end up in suspense, WIPS, and LIPS.
- Process draft by phone payments if the IVR does not make the date.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to review loan documents and provide details of such to clients and colleagues.
- Experience in loan operations is preferred but not required.
- Accurate data input skills.
