The Philadelphia office of Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky has an exciting opportunity for a Plaintiff’s Firm Paralegal.

Responsibilities:

•Report to trial attorney - personal injury, trucking accidents, construction accidents, premises, and product liability.
•Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions.
•Discovery Deadline.
•Discovery Production.
•Extensive contact with clients and physician offices.
•Manage pre-litigated cases and cases for litigation.
•Review and Analyze case files.
•Analyze and assemble clients’ medical records.
•Correspond with defense counsel as needed.
•Analyze wage loss portion of clients’ claims.
•Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

•Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
•3-4 years experience with civil litigation matters.
•Excellent organizational, time management, research and analytical skills.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Must be a self-starter.
•The ability to work independently.
•Strong computer skills.
•Must be a team player.
•Must perform and act in a professional manner.
•Case management software experience is also a plus.

Compensation:

•Firm offers competitive salary, comprehensive health insurance, PTO, holidays, life insurance, STD and LTD, and 401K retirement plan with company contribution. Experience with FileVine and Outlook preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
