Base wage: $18.50 per hour BOE (Average $21-$25 with tips)

Line Cook

The line cook follows directions from Chef and Sous Chef and perfectly executes items according to restaurant standards. You will also make sure all workstations are kept clean and organized, supplies are stocked and rotated, and always follow safe food preparation procedures. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about food and love to teach, motivate, and grow as a team.

We are looking for skilled Cooks to prepare, delicious food according to menu with timely delivery. Responsibilities for this position include:

· Ability and confidence to work solo on the line when necessary

· Adhering to and upholding quality, consistency, and presentation

· Opening and closing prep, stock, and cleaning procedures

· Keeping a sanitized and orderly workstation

· Ensure all food times are stored properly and safely

· Requirements for this this position include:

· Current food handlers’ card

· Previous kitchen experience as breakfast line cook

· Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

· Ability to work in a team environment/good attitude and communication skills

· Strong ability in all areas of kitchen including prep, flattop, and egg preparation

· Ability to lift 50 pounds

· Punctuality and reliability

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
