YOU WILL:
- New hire training and on-going training of team members
- Participate in mid-year and yearly performance review process
- Identify and escalate issues to Management related to employee performance, invoicing, AR and late billing
- Maintain a limited portfolio of customers
- Monitor Late Billings, Days Sales Outstanding, and Accounts Receivable reports and dashboards for your accounts as well as your team’s accounts
- Act as first point of contact for questions and escalations from team members
- Review new contracts for proper setup as well as ongoing maintenance of existing contracts
- Audit all transactions and tasks utilizing PowerBI dashboards and WorkDay reports on a regular basis
- Assist management with documenting and improving current processes to increase efficiency and identify gaps
- Monitoring and track payments made for corresponding invoices to ensure North Highland receives payment in a prompt manner
- Maintain elevated customer service focus both to our internal client engagement teams and external clients while helping the internal client engagement teams follow our processes
- Develop collaborative relationships with field management to bring awareness systematically and proactively to potential risks and issues
- Other duties as assigned
IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:
- 3-5 years in a billing and/or contract setup focused role
- Strong Microsoft Suite Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) including Pivot Tables and Data Analysis
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict deadlines and ensure responsibilities are completed in a timely fashion
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while demonstrating supportable business judgment and informed, accurate decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of contract setup and billing functions and standards
- Positive attitude and ability to excel in a changing environment
- Willingness to adapt and adopt new processes and functions
- Keen interest in working in a team environment including strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, ability to express complex situations clearly and succinctly

- We offer performance-based bonus incentives for eligible roles. In addition, this role has a competitive base salary of: $85,000 - $95,000.
