We currently have a full-time position available for a Landscape Production Supervisor with experience in the landscape industry.
Your responsibility:
The Production Supervisor manages field operations and is responsible for managing crews, safe operations, quality control, client satisfaction, and efficiency of the department.
Operations:
- Assisting in overall leadership of the department.
- Coordinating with the Sales and Administrator to ensure databases contain up-to-date client information and communication.
- Analyzing and ensuring department is operating in efficiency and on budget.
- Proficient in scheduling and customer service.
- Knowledge in operating equipment.
Performance and Quality:
- Maintaining a schedule and ensuring service expectations and budgets are met.
- Ensure the job site quality and appearance meet client’s and company’s standards.
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members.
Support:
- Support Sales in estimating and budgeting as needed, helping ensure profitability and exceptional outcomes for every account.
- Hands-on training and support of crew employees, including proper operation of equipment, techniques, safety, and quality standards.
- Developing and reviewing growth plans for employees and providing counsel and discipline.
Are you a good fit?
- A minimum of 3 years of prior in production supervisory experience and leadership experience in a landscape service industry or local marketplace.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and technology friendly.
Not mandatory, but a plus if you:
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Have the ability to coach, develop, and lead teams.
