IT Helpdesk Support (REMOTE)

Start date: 2/20/2023

Pay rate: $18.67/hour

Hours: 40 hours/week

Training hours: M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Regular Hours: 2 hour start window 10-12pm or 1-3pm and weekend availability

Job Description:

This role will be a call center role taking inbound calls. You are required to sit for long periods of time. This position requires the prompt technical responses to questions from retail stores and pharmacy employees regarding troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems for their software and hardware issues. This position requires a thorough knowledge of problem escalation and follow-up processes to ensure timely resolution of reported issues. Related online diagnostics are used for troubleshooting; incidents are tracked in a case tracking system. The primary role of this position is to take live trouble-shooting calls daily 100% of the time.

Experience:

• 6 months of hardware experience preferably in a Call Center environment
• 6 months of software experience preferably in a Call Center environment
• 6 month of remote work experience preferable

Requires a home internet speed of 150mbps minimum.
