Job Description:
The Wireless CPL role is highly technical and leverages on a solid EE/RF/CS background to understand technical details of cross-functional issues and risks working across experienced engineering teams both internal and customer facing.
The role requires both technical knowledge and project management experience, to cover breadth of program variables and depth of specific technical issues. The candidate will co-work with HQ and customers to provide focused project direction and report across the engineering teams and executives.
Work closely with development teams early in the product development lifecycle to define and implement RF, system hardware, driver, firmware domains.
Responsible for driving the project plans for development of test procedures, test plans and test reports
Drive cross functional teams for failure / root cause analysis and implement corrective action measures
Responsible for communicating engineering status and corrective actions to technical staff and executive management in clear and concise manner.
Ability to deal with dynamic and rapidly changing environment requiring efficient and timely decision making.
A successful candidate will set technical strategy, execute on schedule for on time mass production, and be responsible for detailed issue management. Strong communicating skills toward internal and customers and the ability to lead and develop new processes and ideas.

- BS EE/CE degree required, MS desired
- 6+ years of strong technical experience in RF/Wireless Communications industry
- Technical understanding and experience with one or more radio technologies including: WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Cellular, NFC, Zigbee
- Technical project/product management experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with proven cross functional management
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Experience leading and driving teams in cross-functional environment
- Dynamic and “can do” attitude
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
Preferred Requirement:
- 10+ year of industry experience with RF/wireless communication
- Semiconductor design/manufacturing experience a plus
- Familiar with C and C++ programming language
- Familiar with I/O PCIe/USB/SDIO/HDMI
- Experience in CE product management is preferred
