Job Description:

- Nurture existing realtor relationships with follow-up and outreach

· Provide excellent customer service to all past, current, and future clients in a light and fun atmosphere.

· Organize and track all dates and deadlines from contracts.

· Prepare contracts and other needed documents for the transaction.

Required Qualifications:

· Eagerness to learn mortgage industry.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in common office software such as MS Office, Gmail, and web-based platforms.

· Exceptional organizational skills, effective multi-tasker, and attention to detail.

· Professional demeanor and appearance.

· Problem solver with analytical ability.

Compensation: Starting salary $40K plus bonus structure and health benefits
