Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for all aspects of working in a retail store; including product knowledge, inventory control and expense control.
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Make sure the store is presentable and appealing to the customers in terms of facing, stocking, and general cleaning.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 40lbs (stock).
• Ability to work varied hours/days, as needed.
• Stay abreast of any new information and/or product knowledge
