Description of role:

• Ensuring a food safe environment at all times within the restaurant
• Ensure excellent tasting food and great guest experience
• Validate cleanliness of the store and appearance all throughout the shifts
• Ensure team members are serving guests quickly and preparing online orders accurately
• Validate cleanliness at the end of the night for closes
• Ensure morning prep tasks are completed accurately and on time for opening shifts
• Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills
• Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
• Managing employees to ensure all standards are met and tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Training new and current team members on tasks
• Handling customer issues and managing conflicts
• Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards
• Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits
• WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing… you get the idea)
• Ability to oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
• Passion for leadership and team development
• The ability to deliver a great guest experience
• Previous restaurant experience
• The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
