Job description

• Highly Proficient Computer skills, and Computer based estimating software. Alldata, Michell, Tekmetric, Shopware or similar Software would be very helpful
• Can Verify warranty and service contract coverage, writing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport.
• Listen to customer’s description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, preparing inspections and examining service schedules.
• Create estimates by costing parts materials, supplies, and labor and checking availability.
• Calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles.
• Inputs repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.
• Obtains approval signatures and enters RO into service database system.
• obtains customer’s approval for estimates, obtains and provides contact telephone numbers, answers questions and concerns, and arranges towing and temporary transportation at times as needed.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Provided by us
• Assist in daily operations and Dispatching Repairs
• Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, running errands, placing orders, and answering calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year
