What it takes to be a Server at Brookdale:

As a server, you will interact with senior residents and guests, take and deliver food orders in a timely manner following company standards, and ensure everyone is happy with their meal. Servers work with kitchen staff, assist with bussing and resetting tables, and restock inventory as needed.

Dishwasher

Essential Functions
1. Operates a dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and food service equipment.
2. Sets up and cleans dish machine area; checks temperatures and soap dispensing levels.
3. Stores clean equipment and utensils.
4. Assists in maintaining preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition.
5. Empties garbage and moves to dump site.
6. Sweeps and mops floors.
