Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently seeking a dedicated and talented professional for the following opportunity:

Senior Business Analyst

Under general oversight of the Director, the Senior Business Analyst will oversee report tracking processes and compliance. They will provide reports and statistical performance data for progress projections and analysis and review weekly and monthly progress and invoice reports. The Senior Business Analyst will assist the Director in making recommendations for all department data collection systems, analyze the impact of the information gathered and provide program reporting as required by management and client.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Four years of work experience in a professional office environment providing management support, database maintenance, report production and interoffice or client communications
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as business administration or commensurate experience
• Proven experience in project report preparation
• Experience with data and statistical management analysis
• Advanced skills in MS Office suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 Annually DOE

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
