Spring Valley Health & Rehab is looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, & Casual/PRN Registered Nurses to provide loving and quality care and service to our residents living in our independent, assisted and memory care community. This position is responsible for overseeing nursing and resident care for the designated unit(s). The position assists with the coordination of clinical services, ensure that resident outcomes are achieved and monitors for effective internal resource utilization to assure that the financial and resident goals of the organization are achieved.

Schedule:

· Evening shift - 2:30pm-11:00pm
· Night Shift - 10:30pm - 7:00am
*Every other weekend and every other holiday required with full-time & part-time positions
