Job description
Job Title: Regional Sales Representative
CRM Workforce Solutions is temporary staffing company that provides workers specializing in Asbestos, Mold, Lead, and Demolition projects in nearly every state. The Regional Sales Representative will be focused on selling staffing solutions to prospects and clients on a local, regional and national basis. This remote position is based in the Western part of United States.
Position reports to: National Sales Manager
Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities:
· Obtaining a thorough understanding of all aspects of clients’ businesses.
· Developing and selling staffing solutions to meet and exceed clients’ business needs.
· Using staffing and overall business knowledge to bring staffing insights to prospects and clients.
· Building relationships and gaining introductions to key decision makers inside of named accounts.
· Assisting with developing the sales strategy and delivering key presentations and proposals at all levels within customers’ organizations.
· Maintaining strong relationships with executives and influencers in organizations
· Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
· Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new product lines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years as a Sales Representative with experience in the construction and staffing industries strongly preferred.
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
· Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels in an organization
· Strong phone presence and willingness to make cold calls to a variety of contacts
· Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues while being a team player
· A desire for more than the status quo
· Excited to be challenged and want to grow both personally and professionally
· Willingness to travel domestically (10-20%)
Other:
· Fluent in both English and Spanish highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
