Position Summary
We are looking for a Recruiter to support our Linetec and Wausau Window business units. This position will serve as the primary recruiter for high volume production/hourly recruiting to ensure appropriate candidates are sourced, hired, and oriented to meet the organizations talent needs while providing the highest levels of customer service. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, results driven, able to work independently, can think outside the box, and has strong communication skills.
This role is full-time and based in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and ideal candidate profiles

Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available roles, industry standards, and the needs of the business

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and advise them on the talent landscape and recruiting strategies

Interview and assess applicant’s skills and qualifications against the job requirements

Effectively utilize our ATS (Workday Recruiting) to track and manage the recruiting process

Create job postings and advertisements that effectively market the available roles

Develop strong external networks and bring new strategies and out of the box thinking to source and secure talent

Establish routines to ensure ongoing communication with hiring managers and other internal partners

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting and hiring process

Report on key sourcing and recruiting metrics and leverage the data and analytics to inform future recruiting strategies

Coordinate recruiting activity with Staffing Agencies and serve as primary contact

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Previous recruitment experience highly preferred; manufacturing industry a plus

Strong decision-making skills

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and deadlines

Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements highly preferred

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other related platforms highly preferred
