Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required in business or related field.
• Enterprise level project management highly preferred.
• 1-3 years of project management experience highly preferred.
• 1+ year of healthcare industry preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or Project Management Professional preferred.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and direction of all organizational excellence by ensuring consistency and seamless integration with the company mission, vision, pillars, and strategic goals. Areas of projects and initiatives include but are not limited to:

• Organizational Excellence
• Continuous / Quality Improvement
• Implementation of Healthcare systems and technology

Position Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for organizational opportunities.
• Organize and lead multidisciplinary teams ranging from senior leadership and physician partners to frontline staff.
• Provide ongoing training and support to staff and physicians on methods, models and tools that support organization excellence.
• Recommend and advise on enhancements.
• Function as project manager by tracking and executing according to project management processes and methodologies.
• Oversees all projects and initiatives throughout its life cycle.
• Share ownership over project results with project team.
• Other duties as assigned.
