Essential Functions
- Facilitates resolution of benefit and eligibility related inquiries via phone and email communication, including (but not limited to):
- Enrollment Assistance
- Simple Claims Resolution
- Simple and Complex Benefit Education
- Access to Care and Access to Prescription inquiries
- Participates in Innovative and Quality Improvement Projects
- Protects confidential information based on HIPPA and other regulatory privacy laws
- Attends ongoing ACA and carrier product training
- Ongoing Claims/Medicare Support

Qualifications
- High school degree
- Spanish -spoken/written abilities a plus
- Current Life and Accident and Health Licenses, or required within one year of becoming an Employee Advocate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as ability to learn new applications.
- Requires reliable transportation to participate in offsite client meetings
