Project Architect/Designer
Architects Local (AL) is seeking the following candidates for the following positions:

• Project Manager (Multi-Family Projects)
• Project Architect (Multi-Family Projects)
• Project Architect (Food and Beverage T.I.s)
• Job Captain (Multi-Family Projects)

AL is an architecture firm with offices in San Diego and Sacramento that specializes in the multi-family, high-end single family residential, commercial, and F&B markets within San Diego and Sacramento Counties and their surrounding areas.

AL is the flagship company in the Local Family of Companies that is comprised of Architecture, Development, Real Estate Investing, Design and Construction. Preference will be given to those candidates whose education and/or experience qualifies them to contribute in multiple divisions of our organization.

As architect/developers, AL approaches their work in a way that prioritizes the design while also remaining mindful of the need for the project to meet financial performance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform the duties required for the production of deliverables through all phases of the project.
• Collaborate with a staff of architects and drafters as required to perform the work.
• Oversee coordination efforts with other disciplines.

Requirements:

• Experience coordinating conceptual design through contract documents and construction.
• Able to complete projects on schedule and on budget.
• Advanced knowledge of California Building Codes, construction types, ADA/FHA.
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Revit skills are required, AutoCAD skills are preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Licensed Architect and Accredited Degree in Architecture preferred.
• Strong design skills preferred.

• Salary commensurate with experience and market demands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
