We are an essential supplier to the United States Government and Now Hiring! We have new multi-year contracts and our business is expanding requiring the need for production associates on all shifts.

Ashton Potter offers an extensive Cross Training Program with opportunities for advancement and increased income.

We currently have openings for: Packagers, Examiners, Roll Tenders, Machine Operators and Aggregators

Pay ranges from $17.50 - $25 per hour based on experience and shift

2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (+ $0.75 per hour shift premium)

3rd Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00am (+ $1.25 per hour shift premium)

Overall general duties include:

• Picking, sorting and packing of product for shipment
• Visually examine material or products for surface defects
• Set-up and operate machinery
• Prepare all necessary paperwork including; production reporting, accountability, time sheets, material usage, etc.

We require:

• GED or High School Diploma
• Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be a US citizen or permanent resident (minimum of 5 years) to comply with our Federal contract requirements

Nice to have:

• At least 1 year consecutive work experience in a production environment within the last 2 years.
• Picking/Packing experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
