The product specialist role is pivotal to the success of the Tustin product portfolio, both now and in the future. The role holder will be the contact window for engineering design-in support as the technical, applications and subject matter expert for the portfolio, liaising with sales, customers, applications, secondary engineering & R&D stakeholders to enable project wins for the product range throughout it’s lifecycle. Success will be measured through design-in success & the ability to engage all stakeholders resulting in increased sales, margin and profitability for the product portfolio.

• Ensure prompt technical and design-in support to customers, applications engineers, sales & secondary engineering colleagues, liaising with the design group, performing testing & evaluation as necessary, communicating with stakeholders & attending customer meetings as appropriate
• Ensure that customer specific requirements are understood, verified & communicated to the design team in a timely manner
• Build and maintain an in depth knowledge and understanding of the Tustin high power product platforms and portfolio, engaging in new product developments and introductions to ensure early life success
• Training of sales, applications and secondary engineering colleagues to enhance the customer experience with front line technical support requirements
• Engage with product management, engineering & quality assurance to communicate customer issues and requirements for future product developments as a voice of the customer advocate

• Appropriate electronics engineering degree or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical power supply background preferred
• Experience working in an international environment
