About the Job
- Generate SKUs and enter product data for purchase orders
- Manage the acquisition, manipulation and uploading of vendor product data. Ability to adhere to uniform style guidelines
- Manage and resolve product data issues through efficient use of trouble-tickets
- Participate in the creation and training of best practices and process improvement exercises
- Maintaining product data integrity between Backcountry’s sites and business systems
- Assignment to special projects
- An analytical mind, with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving departmental goals
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Diligence and patience; ability to edit your own work
- Strong communication and organization Skills
- Ability to execute with limited supervision
- Working knowledge of Backcountry business systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Excel Macros is a plus
- Outdoor/Sporting Goods industry experience is a plus
