Plantation Village is a premier independent living retirement community located in the scenic Porters Neck area in Wilmington, North Carolina. We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to work in our hospitality focused culture.

We have Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN positions available both Day and Overnight shifts. Overnight shifts include a $.75 shift differential. PRN requires a minimum of 25 hours per month. Part-Time requires 25 hours/week and Full-Time is between 30-40 hours per week. Weekend availability required periodically.
