Zuma Las Vegas is looking to take on experienced and creative Pastry Chef De Partie to join our award winning luxury operation located inside the Cosmopolitan.
Zuma is a contemporary Japanese izakaya restaurant with a modern twist on the traditional style of informal dining. Using the best ingredients combined with the knowledge and respect for authentic Japanese cuisine, Zuma has established itself as a world renowned restaurant. We are looking for classically trained pastry sous chefs at all levels to join the team in our impressive kitchens. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled chefs wishing to expand on their repertoire, developing an understanding of unusual Japanese ingredients, flavors and techniques within a familiar European framework. With Zuma’s contemporary Japanese cuisine as inspiration, our pastry chefs work in a creative, dynamic environment. Combining Japanese and European traditions, we create new and innovative recipes with expert balance and immaculate presentation.
