About this Role

As our PPC/SEO Manager, you will support the strategy/build/execution of more targeted/persona-based marketing initiatives for our telehealth marketplace (https://www.klarityadhd.com/)https://www.klarityadhd.com/. As our online presence and more personalized content are extremely important for the business's success, your position will play a huge role in driving Klarity's growth and success. You will manage all SEM and SEO activities such as ad builds, SEO agency work review, program/budget planning, road-mapping optimization, weekly audit and reporting, keyword and content strategy, etc.

Major Responsibilities:

SEM

  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies

SEO

  • With the execution support from SEO agency, optimize copy and landing pages on our public-facing websites for search engine marketing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, A/B testing and optimization

Supporting work to social media management and affiliation program might be needed

What You Need to Succeed?

  • "Self-drive": you have the internal drive and motivation to take action and achieve their goals without external pressure or incentives
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid search
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of the SEM industry and the paid search advertising model
  • Experience with keyword research tools and web analytics tools (Google Analytics), as well as how to use these tools in paid search campaigns
  • General knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), social advertising, and web usability
  • Understanding of customer lifetime value and optimizing towards profits based on margins
  • Strong attention to detail and talented multi-tasker with an ability to organize and prioritize workload to manage timelines, budgets and deliverables

Salary Range for this role

$90k - $120k / Year

Remote work is acceptable; Bay Area hybrid work is preferred
