Job Title: Order Managers (Manufacturing Operations)
Pay Rate: $25/Hr
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Painted Post, NY (REMOTE)

We are looking for Order Managers for our manufacturing operations.

Primary contact for client communications and order execution. Accountable for client satisfaction, sales forecast, and delivery performanceTeam-oriented position working with sales, supply chain, and logistics. Candidates must have experience with SAP and have worked in a manufacturing environment.

• Primary contact for client for order progress reporting
• Provide financial forecasting and delivery performance reporting as required
• Meet regularly with functional leadership to review production performance, discuss issues, get delivery commitments
• Proactive focus on the accuracy of order entry, scheduling, and order execution
• Provide detailed scheduling reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for key areas of manufacturing and purchasing
• Execute the master production schedule. Identify shortcomings while offering solutions
• Offer delivery alternatives when necessary for purchased and manufactured items
• Analyze the flow of purchased and manufactured materials from order entry through shipment
• Identify process issues, Material, Routing, BOM, NC Programming, and Tooling that may impact the production schedule
• Coordinate outside vendor operations with respective parts families
• Manage client inspections, including quality dossiers as required
• The minimum amount of travel with the position

Requirements

• An associate's Degree in a related field is preferred. High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project)
• Excellent communication skills, organized, team player
• Self-motivation to find efficient and effective ways to accomplish end goals
• Ability to multitask and work under time constraints to meet deadlines
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• ERP or Oracle Production Planning experience
• APICS CPIM certified, APICS courses considered
• MRP Planning experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
