Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is currently seeking a highly skilled Order Approval Specialist to help with our day-to-day operations. The Order Approval Specialist will be responsible for accurately reviewing sold remodeling projects and generating sales orders. They will also be accountable for ensuring proper materials are ordered for each sold project. The ideal candidate for this position has high attention to detail and has previous construction knowledge.
Candidates must be able to train in our Phoenix location, after training the position will by hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing sold bathroom remodeling projects
- Generating sales orders with precisce accuracy
- Ordering products and materials for multiple projects
- Email correspondence with internal stakeholders to provide status updates
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a fast paced, attention to detail, administrative role
- Must have knowledge of construction industry; construction materials, reading drawings and schematics and taking proper dimensions.
- Ability to learn software quickly; experience with Leap, Fluix or NetSuite highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
