Responsibilities:

• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
• Offer assistance to individuals with behavioral issues
• Provide and maintain a therapeutic environment
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
• Supervise behavior disordered boys
• Qualifications:
• Mental Health Associate position will either have a Bachelor's degree in a human services field or 2 years experience working with behavior disordered children
• Valid Driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Giving you the opportunity to make a difference for adolescents struggling with behavioral mental health issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
