Returnship: Welcome back to the workforce! This job is specially tailored to a professional who took a long break after a life change/event, or is excited for a career change. Marketing Returnees help with important research and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Research relationship building for marketing opportunities; journalists, universities, celebrities, etc
• Maintain and update relationships/opportunities in Salesforce Database
• Expand UniversalGiving’s reach and impact
• Contribute to social media including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest
• Spearhead important communications research, ie PR firm comparisons; or PR tools
• Spearhead Marketing Partnership/Marketing Tool research
• With proven success & a positive attitude, take on special projects with the possibility of helping with new partnerships

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated interest in the field of marketing, communications, and/or PR
• Strong familiarity w/ social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
• Competence with Microsoft Office/Salesforce/Google Drive

Duration and Location

• Position is available for part-time (5-20 hours per week)
• Minimum 6 months commitment
• We provide remote positions with a highly globally focused team from more than 20 countries, including Russia, China, Japan, Ukraine, Georgia, the Philippines, Haiti, Germany, Canada, the Kurdish population, South Korea, the U.K., Brazil, and many more
