Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced social media marketer to join our real estate agency. As a Social Media Marketer for Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media marketing strategies to increase our brand awareness and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing plans and campaigns for the real estate agency across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor and analyze the agency's social media metrics to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Create and curate engaging content that is optimized for each platform and aligns with the agency's brand messaging.
• Manage and grow the agency's social media channels, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
• Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy and graphics, selecting target audiences, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Research and stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the agency's social media presence remains relevant and effective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing social media channels and campaigns that resulted in increased engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer, and paid social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of SEO and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
