Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to work in the Lewis Center, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Essential Functions and Requirements:

• Good manual dexterity with the ability to work with very small parts under a microscope
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a neat and orderly workplace
• Desire to take initiative, demonstrate internal drive for results
• Must be able to prioritize and determine the appropriate order of tasks according to relative importance
• Ability to comprehend and successfully follow documented procedures
• MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1 st SHIFT FOR 90 DAYS

Education/Training Requirements:

• No experience necessary and training will be provided, but experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Strong teamwork skills-communication and collaboration
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 - 35lbs
• Desire to bring a positive attitude to your team and work every day
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
