Hiring for the position of business manager. Responsibilities are focused in two areas:

1) Tracking the development of each product in our range, and ensuring that each person in the company is completing the tasks they are responsible for in order to develop, test, market, and launch each product. This is essentially a task & people management role. Familiarity with sporting equipment or apparel brands is a plus.

2) Business development in weaker foreign markets, namely Asia and EU. Speaking a relevant foreign language is a strong plus. Being familiar with alpine sports in the EU, in particular, is a strong plus. This is an important part of the job, and applicants should feel confident that they can communicate effectively with potential dealers in the Alpine countries of Europe (F, CH, I, DE, A), and Asia (in particular Japan & China).

A college degree is not required, but a relevant degree will be a strong plus.

Hours and days can be flexible, however this position is full time and requires that you be available during business hours in the Pacific Time zone.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $145,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
