Together with analytics team leaders you will support our business with excellent data models to uncover trends that can drive long-term business results.

How you will contribute

• Work closely with the Enterprise Architect in formulating technology road maps, standards, best practices, and guiding principles
• Provide SME knowledge on technology usage
• Work with and provide input to Enterprise
• Architecture in evaluating new tools for bringing new capabilities based on the business requirements, then support project teams in implementing these new technologies
• Act as mentor and coach on best practices and technologies
• Participate in the Information and Analytics Community of Practice to educate, and guide on principles, standards, and patterns
• Act as an advisor to the IS Enterprise Software team to ensure Mondelez is compliant with licensing allocations and in the procurement of new/additional tool licenses as needed

• Experience on Microsoft Azure Cloud, including Azure Databricks / Delta Lake and Event Hub
• Work experience with Data Streaming processing in Azure
• Experience with integration tools like Talend ELT
• Understanding of SAP ECC / BW and Workday
• Experience working with either HR or Manufacturing data in Workday
• Have a deep know how on business needs in the areas of HR, Manufacturing, and Sales in an FMCG company
• Key stakeholder management experience.
• Cultural awareness in the workplace for working with teams across the globe
• Ability to work in cross functional teams in a fast-paced agile development environment
• Good understanding of connecting front solutions with the backend environment
• Liais on between Enterprise Architects and the Project Delivery team and propose solutions
• Ability to understand technical requirements, language, etc., and talk with functional stakeholders.

What you need to know about this position:

• This position is a remote position working out of New Jersey. Some travel to East Hanover, NJ offices is required.
• This position is part of a global team with members located in Poland and Mumbai.
• This position manages relationships and projects

What extra ingredients you will bring:

• Experience with building streaming pipelines using cloud and edge computing would be an asset
• Experience with integration with Schneider Energy Management System, Shoplogix, Solvace, Enablon would be an asset
• Someone who has implemented Manufacturing related solutions would be ideal
• MDS expects candidates to have already implemented solutions and join Mdlz with the experience that will support strategy

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor's in IT required
• Azure Engineering certifications are highly preferred
  

Job specific requirements:

• 10 years of overall work experience
• Azure Cloud experience – 5 years
• Data streaming processing within Azure experience - 3 years
• Workday experience - 3 years
• FMCG and GCP experience required
• Solid presentation skills and being able to sell the solution to key stakeholders before accepted
• Strong in writing and delivery of proposals
• Project Management skillset

Travel requirements:

• Must be available to travel to East Hanover, NJ office when needed

Work schedule:

• Must be able to work Eastern time zone hours
• Must be available for early morning monthly team alignment calls based out of India
